ClimiLov Terms of Use

Overview

ClimiLov is a classroom preparation tool for teachers. The app helps create printable coloring worksheet proofs, organize packets, export PDFs, print through supported iOS options, and save local teaching evidence notes, including optional voice notes.

Appropriate Use

You agree to use ClimiLov for lawful classroom preparation, printable activity planning, and related local record keeping. You are responsible for the themes, labels, photos, voice notes, and written notes you choose to enter or save in the app. Do not use the app to create or store content that is unsuitable for classroom use or that violates applicable rules, rights, or permissions.

Worksheet Generation

ClimiLov can create sheet proofs from teacher-provided themes or classroom object labels. Generated results may vary. You should review each sheet before printing, sharing, or using it in class. ClimiLov does not guarantee that a generated sheet will match a theme exactly or be suitable for every classroom situation.

Fine-Motor Fit Guidance

Fine-Motor Fit feedback is practical classroom guidance only. It is not a formal assessment and should not replace professional judgment, school policies, or individual support plans.

Local Files, PDFs, and Printing

Generated sheets, packet records, exported PDFs, and evidence notes are intended to support teacher preparation and classroom record keeping. You are responsible for checking exported files and printed pages before using them with a class.

Page Credits and In-App Purchases

New users receive starter page credits. Page credits are used only when a new sheet proof is successfully created. Optional credit packs may be purchased through Apple in-app purchase services. Purchase availability, billing, receipts, refunds, and related payment processes are handled through Apple according to Apple policies and your Apple account settings.

Voice Notes and Device Permissions

You may attach a short voice note to an evidence entry. Recording uses the microphone only when you start a recording, and each note is limited to two minutes. You are responsible for the content of any recording and for following school or organization rules before saving it.

Pages opened inside the app may also ask for the camera or microphone. Granting access applies to that request. You should review what a page is asking to capture before you allow it.

External Generation Provider

When creating a sheet proof, ClimiLov may send a text prompt, and in the object-sheet workflow the selected classroom object photo, to an external image generation provider and receive an image response. Generated results depend on the availability and behavior of the provider. If generation is unavailable, delayed, or unsuccessful, the app may show an error or use an available local fallback where implemented.

No Account, Social Feed, or Messaging

The current version of ClimiLov does not include account registration, public profiles, social feeds, comments, direct messaging, or user-to-user chat. On launch, the app opens a ClimiLov welcome page and may then open another page inside the app. iOS sharing and printing options may be used only when you choose to export or share a file from your device.

Changes and Availability

ClimiLov features may change over time. Some features can depend on device permissions, Apple in-app purchase availability, network access, external service availability, and iOS sharing or printing support.
